Employment Overview and Benefits.
Full time employees are hired to work 75 hours per pay cycle. Paychecks are distributed on a bi-weekly basis. Full and Part-time employees will earn paid time off per the following: .096 per hour worked up to a max of 7.692 per pay period. PTO will begin to accrue on the employee’s first day of employment and is based upon the employee’s classification per the appropriate Accrual Rate table.Employees are encouraged to enroll in direct deposit.
In addition, beginning the first of the month following thirty (30) days of hire, all full time/part-time employees are eligible for participation in Health, Dental, Vision, Group Term Life insurance and a 403b pension plan. Benefits require a modest employee contribution done through payroll deduction.
